The interior sheet metal and floors have been coated in a corrosion-resistant primer, while the firewall has been shaved and fitted with a heater delete plate. No suspension components, brakes, or rear axle components will accompany the car. The body is attached to an adjustable rolling body cart with bolts, and the cart is included in the sale. The hood, decklid, doors, front fenders, and other removed panels are finished in green and pictured in the gallery below along with the grille, bumpers, and removed PPG glass. The quarter panels have been repaired with replacement skins, and the firewall, trunk, and interior surfaces have been coated in gray primer. The body has been disassembled and the body shell has been stripped to bare metal. This Malibu sport coupe is now offered at no reserve as a disassembled project with parts literature and records, a car cover, and a Colorado title. The removed body panels and trim are included in the sale along with a fuel cell, AutoMeter gauges, fuel and ignition components, a starter and alternator, a roll bar kit, a 4L60e automatic transmission case, exhaust headers, and glass, along with additional parts and components. The body has been disassembled, stripped, and mounted to a rolling body cart, and the included 408ci big-block V8 was built by Lewis Racing Engines of Laytonville, California, and fitted with Brodix aluminum cylinder heads. This 1969 Chevrolet Chevelle Malibu sport coupe was purchased by the seller in 1995 and underwent at least one refurbishment before being disassembled for a custom build.
